Shipping

Small and medium items usually require 3–5 business days for processing before dispatch. Larger lighting pieces usually require 5–7 business days.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is usually 7–15 business days for small and medium items, and 12–25 business days for larger lighting pieces.

Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Final delivery may be completed by a local carrier in your country.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned with original accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.

To request a return, contact us first at contact@celako.com. Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items should be reported promptly with photos of the product and packaging.
