Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please review your order details carefully, including the product, finish, size, quantity, shipping address, email address, and phone number
Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@celako.com with your order number. Changes are reviewed based on the actual order status. Once an order has entered processing, preparation, quality checks, packaging, customisation, or dispatch, changes may no longer be possible.
Cancellation requests are reviewed based on order status. We do not offer a guaranteed cancellation period after purchase because some orders may enter processing shortly after the order is placed. If the order has not entered processing, preparation, packaging, customisation, or dispatch, we will usually be able to cancel it.
Some orders may be shipped separately depending on product size, availability, warehouse location, packaging requirements, or logistics handling. If this happens, tracking information may be provided separately for each shipment.
Shipping & Delivery
Small and medium items under approximately 55 cm are usually delivered within 7–15 business days after dispatch. Larger lighting pieces over approximately 55 cm are usually delivered within 12–25 business days after dispatch. Oversized, custom, project, or multi-piece orders may have a delivery timeframe confirmed after order review.
Small and medium items usually require 3–5 business days for processing before dispatch. Larger lighting pieces usually require 5–7 business days before dispatch. Customised, made-to-order, project, or special-order items may have separate preparation timelines.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent by email or made available through the order status page where applicable. Tracking updates may take time to appear, especially for larger or international shipments.
Final delivery may be completed by a local carrier in your country. This helps provide tracked delivery while allowing the parcel to move through the most suitable local delivery network.
Celako may offer free delivery on eligible orders, products, destinations, or promotional periods. Any delivery cost will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
Depending on your delivery country, your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or handling charges. These may be collected at checkout where available, or separately by the carrier, customs authority, or local tax authority upon import.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, uninstalled, unassembled where applicable, and returned with original accessories, components, protective materials, and original packaging where reasonably possible.
For eligible consumer purchases made online and delivered within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, unless an exception applies under applicable law.
Contact us at contact@celako.com with your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for the return, and photos where relevant. Please do not send items back without receiving return instructions from Celako first.
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return. If the return is due to change of mind, wrong size selection, incorrect product choice, or another non-defective reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law. If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, we will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.
Please contact us promptly at contact@celako.com with your order number, clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and photos or videos showing the issue. This helps us assess the case and provide the correct solution.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank, card provider, or payment provider may need additional time to process it.
Products & Installation
Each product page should be reviewed carefully for size, style, suggested room fit, finish, and technical details. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for the intended space, ceiling type, electrical system, and local installation requirements.
Yes. Lighting products should be installed by a qualified electrician or competent professional in accordance with local safety rules, electrical standards, and installation requirements.
We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately. However, colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, handmade finishes, production batches, and natural material variations.
Not always. Some Celako products may include handmade, ceramic, fabric, glass, stone, metal, or natural material elements. Minor variations in colour, texture, finish, or form may be part of the product’s character.
Before ordering, check the product size, ceiling height, installation area, cable length, finish, light temperature, voltage compatibility, and whether professional installation is required.
Trade & Projects
Yes. Celako supports interior designers, architects, hospitality projects, restaurants, hotels, and commercial spaces. For trade or project enquiries, contact us at contact@celako.com.
Yes. For large, fragile, custom, oversized, or multi-piece orders, we can review the project details and confirm the most suitable delivery approach.
Please send the product links, quantities, finishes, sizes, delivery country, project deadline, installation timeline, and any special requirements. This helps us review availability, delivery options, and project suitability.
Customised, made-to-order, special-order, oversized, hospitality, trade, or project orders may have separate cancellation, return, or refund conditions. Any special conditions will be communicated where applicable.
